3 BE able to plan and undertake team activities
3.1 plan activities that enable the team to reach its goal
3.2 identify own responsibility  towards the team in relation to the plan
3.3 carry out responsibilities
3.4 contribute to the successful completion of team activities

4BE ABLE TO REVIEW THE TEAM ACTIVITIES
4.1 feedback on own actions in relation to the overall team activities

During the movie my role was to shoot the film. The problem I had it was to windy and my hands a were shaky. This is my first time doing ever and I think I an alright job. Also, I was working with people i've never worked before. This was a problem for some of the crew and cast and some people decided to have a major arguments.,  I think the shot locations were good however the shoots were filmed different days were the cast had different outfits and different weather.

Disappointing start one of the team was missing  today therefore we didn't have a script

Actors arrived so we we had to think on our feet to make the afternoon productive

Then we the actors improvised and we made a scene

Overall I believe film did not go to plan. This is to result to lack of preparation and teamwork. One of members of the team did not turn up for weeks, his role was the screenwriter. So we had to make a new script which also didn't go to plan as result to lack of planning.  During the filming process that also didn't go to plan, this is result to people arguing and lack of confidence from the directors, resulting in Matthew storming off.

Also, the editing was poor and disappointing. The sound would go from insanely loud to non existent.
Also, the ending has the meme song ( Epic Sax Guy) that wasn't decided on and ruins the tone of the movie and ruins the end in my opinion.

I carried responsibilities to the best to my ability. My roles were to be the cinematographer, I chose the shots and I filmed the movie with the help of my assistant Karim Katouche.

What the team did successfully was to get a 2nd script done, get actors and overall finish the movie .
I think I did alright, but I could of made some better shots and get some with better sound.
